A'nold, just email them a scan of your unofficial transcript and tell them that you sent the official transcript via postal mail. This is what worked for me (I went under review yesterday).A'nold wrote:WTF? I'm not even complete yet. Apparently my Spring transcript never arrived....?

Cool, thanks. I wonder if this officially takes me out of the running since I'm already a very long shot as it is. I feel the same way since I don't even have my grades yet.

Your app was submitted prior to the deadline, no? Assuming so, then you are not out of the running. Email them your unofficials and reorder a new set of officials to their office. Stop fretting and start working.A'nold wrote:Cool, thanks. I wonder if this officially takes me out of the running since I'm already a very long shot as it is. As long as the grades are in by the next few weeks you are fine.
I gotta admit I check my email about 30 times a day at work for anything haha.
Maybe we get some news tomorrow or friday?

Re: Official UC-Berkeley Transfer Thread
I'm not applying to Berkeley and I don't mean to hijack the thread, BUT I just want to say good luck to everyone. AND say that i'm jealous -- Berkeley was my dream school as a 0L. I just want to follow this thread and dream about the west coast while I freeze in the midwest.

Same! In! It's so weird I was about to take a nap and silence my phone but I'd just been in this thread and put my phone on "phone calls only" for the very slight chance I'd get a call and I did. I'm in shock

I don't know what to do. I'm still sitting in the same spot where I received the phone call, in the library...

Haha, i know. But since there is no voicemail I feel like I screwed it up or he called me by mistake or something. As A'nold can attest, I am the all time paranoid law student.Journeybound wrote:Stinger, he is not calling you to tell you that you are rejected - you are in. Congrats!!!!
Anyone think i should call the office or just wait?

Re: Official UC-Berkeley Transfer Thread
Hey there. Just dropping in as a Boalt 0L to say congrats and tell you to call him back! The same thing happened to me back in March. Call him back. If you get his voicemail, leave a nice message. Worst case scenario: he'll call you back tomorrow. Congratulations!stinger35 wrote:Haha, i know. But since there is no voicemail I feel like I screwed it up or he called me by mistake or something. I feel the exact same way. Congrats! I'm excited to go visit and convince my wife that California isn't as bad as it sounds on the news.

Can the Berkeley transfer admits kindly post their stats? Law school rank (range if anonymity is a concern), class standing.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
