Any chance anyone had their Duke application online checker status change from "Under Committee Review" 7/7 back to Processing incomplete file 7/1? Totally bizarre. The Law School Transcript requirement was checked this morning, but then unchecked this afternoon. Not sure if I should bother them with an email...
Couldn't hurt to call them.
Thanks for the encouragement!

Called them and they said my file is complete. Just a status checker fail. Le sigh...

I'm pretty similar to you so here's hoping I didn't accidentally put an ethnic slur on my app or something
Don't freak out yet. Same thing happened to me last year. I have no idea what dictates the order in which they accept people, but I didn't get in until 7/20. Breathe. There's still hope.

Thats insane. How did you find out? status checker?
Hope you get off the waitlist!!
Status Checker.
I guess I shouldn't have written my PS about how I want to live in Hyde park because I like getting high on blow and punching hookers in the mouth with fistfulls of rolled up quarters.
Just got out of work and had a voicemail form U Chi saying "Oops, meant to accept you, not waitlist you, congrats!" Next voicemail was from HLS letting me know I'm in. Not a bad way to end the workday.

Me. I submitted and went complete pretty early in the game.
Looks like first rejections were mailed last Friday. I got nothing in the mail today (E. Coast), so I'll take it as a good sign.

Is there anyone complete at Penn who did NOT update to today's date? Because otherwise, stat posting wouldn't really tell much.
my app is complete at penn and my date did not change today. though it did change once before, so that may be the reason.

From what I've seen on here, they haven't been going in order of complete dates.

If i've learned one thing from the transfer admissions process... NOTHING seems to be predictable. Anything can still happen. Stay optimistic!

+1. Transfer cycle over. Very happy with how it turned out, I knew Chicago was a long shot after my grades dipped a bit second semester. A lot of thinking to do now!
