My gut though says that tonight will not be the tonight and it will be another week, at least. Just what I think. I'm probably far from an autoadmit anyways. Still would be nice to hear something back.

I'm about 90% sure I am not an EA applicant and I also suspect that we won't hear back tonight. I bet it'll be like three weeks or something, lol. Still doesn't take away our suspense though, does it?

We'll be doing this tonight, and next week, and the week after.......

i think the better question in all of this madness is:

Why would Georgetown law admissions officials be hanging around the admissions office and updating the system on a Sunday night and at midnight???

even if we don't hear today, its just nice to finally have the prospect of receiving a decision. I bet it will be today or next Monday.

Seriously. First thing I've had to look forward to (law school related) in awhile.

I was an admit last year and went to decision at 12:01 on April 19th. IIRC, I also could access the admitted students site within a few days, letter was received on the 23rd.

School didn't rank after first semester but prob top 3%, top 30 school, nothing special otherwise. The EA batch is seriously tough. Mostly kids with comparable stats got in (that I knew of) and most people who were borderline got deferred to RD. The point of that isn't to freak you out, but it seemed that GULC EA standards were pretty tough and if you don't get in EA, there is always a good shot RD. Not a lot of rejections go out for EA unless you just had no business applying in the first place.

You're not crazy. I stayed up until 12:30 every Sunday night for 3 weeks straight thinking it was the time decisions would go out just refreshing that damn box over and over again. It is normal paranoid law school behavior.
