NYU Transfer Waiting Thread 2014 Forum

A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

If My UR date hasn't changed since 7/1 when it went under review does that mean anything? Do the dates update even for rejections?

Me too. And I just got an email with UPS trancking #. I guess I am in. The only problem is that it is already pretty late in July and I am not sure how I will get assigned to OCIs.. Any thoughts?

you can do oci still no problem

transfer bidding is from aug 4-6

their oci is like 14-16 or something

Complete 6/30, UR 7/6, 7/7, 7/11, 7/17.
Received a Quantum UPS email at 4:00 pm and status updated to DLS at 5:00 pm but did not receive a housing email yet.
