Here's what I'm deciding between right now. I'm definitely leaning in one direction but am interested to see what others would do in my shoes.

Option A: T30, top 12%, law review. School does well in the local, secondary market in which I want to work. Can graduate debt free with money in the bank.

Option B: Michigan. Would have to go into debt (approximately $70k).

I have no desire to work in NYC, Chicago, DC, etc. I want a federal clerkship and either big law or a boutique firm.

OSU??? What are the clerkship opportunities from your current school? Where have others from your school gotten clerkships?
70K is not a lot of debt, unless you also have undergrad debt.

I would stay without question.

+1 you are already in the market you want with full ride (or close, I assume), and will head into interviews with LR and almost top 10%. In your position, I would probably only leave for HYS.

Top 3%, but don't worry - I go to a poorly regarded T4, and I recently got a DUI, so the rejection doesn't necessarily have to do with my numbers.

Nope, I was told they won't make decisions until near the end of July, which is coming very quickly!
