probably a good sign.

check email for a UPS thing. usually come out soon. they wouldnt overnight a rejection.

remember, people were just dinged by email .

edit: going through your posts, you were a strong candidate who applied late. they probably just reviewed you and decided they want to extend an offer. i'm confident in saying congratulations :)

I think I must be on their list of applicants to admit depending on what happens with deposits on Friday/Monday. Still no rejection letter, still no Decision Letter Sent. Haha

Thanks but I'm worried about "notification" to me that implies email which we've seen to be rejections while a decision "letter" seems to indicate a physical letter and an acceptance.

@Empirestateofmind, you're definitely in. The same thing happened to me and I am doing an internship abroad, so basically I was calling my landlord every 3 hours asking if UPS had come. But you'll get an admitted students website email tomorrow.

Couldn't find this in NYU's handbook, but in case someone here knows...
I plan to do a semester of study abroad (Fall 3L), so Order of the Coif seems out of the running, but are there any in-house credit req't for NYU's latin honors? It doesn't say yes or no in the Student Handbook. If there aren't any such restrictions, that means latin honors would be based on just 3 semester's worth of grades (which I would understandably be mad at if I were a non-transfer NYU student) but hey, that would work in my favor, so i'm not complaining.

The last outstanding deposit deadline is today I think? That mean no action for anyone? :(

My deadline is July 17th, so I'd say there's still hope.

how serious is this language? I'm not planning to withdraw from my school yet and may withdraw if I get in elsewhere.

"I have no commitment to attend another law school, will not apply to another law school, and have withdrawn my applications from other law schools to which I was admitted. I have withdrawn from the law school at which I was previously matriculated. I plan to enter the New York University School of Law in Fall 2014."

I'd quickly matriculate at Cooley, withdraw, and then sign the NYU form. In other words, I don't know what to say. Ask CounselorNebby.
