Hey! Emory got back to me pretty quickly...all materials were submitted by 6/22 and I was accepted via phone call on 6/29. GW on the other hand is taking a while, as some others noted in the GW thread. All my materials for GW were submitted around the same time and I haven't heard back. Apparently they're going to notify applicants by this week or early next week. However, their bid deadline for OCI is 7/10, so that's cutting it close.
Pretty set on Emory at this point, because even if I'm accepted by some higher ranked schools (haven't heard back yet), I'd be hesitant to accept if I miss OCI bidding.

Hi all, I have the majority of my application decisions, so I wanted to share for future potential transfers:
I have a 4.0, ranked 1st at a lower T1.
I have been admitted to Harvard, Columbia, NYU, Duke and Georgetown. I have an application at Yale that I'm waiting on (but doubt it will come to anything).
Probably going to Harvard.

Applied: Columbia, Yale, Harvard, GULC, NYU, Penn
Admitted: Harvard, GULC
Rejected: None yet
Definitely going to Harvard and will be withdrawing from all others as soon as my official email comes in.

T20 (top 16%)
Applied to UCLA, Northwestern, Berkeley, NYU, Columbia, UChicago
In at UCLA, Northwestern, Berkeley
Waitlisted at UChicago (said on hold but I assume that's the same)
NYU didn't go under review until last Friday (stupid undergrad certifications and stuff)
Columbia still hasn't gone under review (just found out they wont review until I get a certification from an undergrad college I briefly attended which seems crazy to me)

For posterity and to pay it forward, as this site has been a gold mine:
T40-50, think Baylor, SMU, UofH. Top 8%, law review, moot court, 1 Cali type award.
App to:
UChicago ED - waitlisted
Michigan- snail mail ding
Northwestern- radio silence so far
Cornell- accepted by phone and attending.
FWIW I have a 2L clerkship lined up already. Looking to write on to secondary journal, which is possible per those journal’s web pages.
Super grateful to the community here, would not have made t14 without all the info posted here.

I’ll contribute.
School rank- mid 90s. Top 4%. Highest grade in a few classes + some other awards. Work experience and a uniqueish background, although not URM. I think Harvard must have liked my personal statement because they looked past my not so impressive numbers and I beat the odds.
Harvard- accepted (attending)
Berkeley-accepted
Chicago- withdrew. Didn’t get an interview so I believe the ding was forthcoming.

Yale lost their minds and let me in. But for personal reasons, I'm strongly considering Duke.

Won't let me edit my post for some reason but got all my decisions so thought I would update in case it's helpful for the future...
Stats:
4.18 GPA
Top 1-2 % (#3 in my class)
5 CALI's
T2 (mid to lower end)
Applied: Columbia, Yale, Harvard, GULC, NYU, Penn
Admitted: Harvard (attending), GULC, Columbia
Rejected: Yale
Withdrew from Penn & NYU before they gave me a decision.
Good luck to all those still waiting and those applying in the future! This site was a huge help to me throughout this stressful and chaotic process.

It's probably in my best interest to convince you to turn down Yale since I'm hoping a spot opens up for me but I have to tell you that going to Duke over Yale would be the biggest mistake of your life. Having Yale on the resume is like having a Premium VIP pass in life. You gotta go dude.

Believe me, I understand personal reasons. But go to either Harvard or Yale. It's an opportunity of a lifetime and you'll regret not taking it.

I haven't officially heard yet but am assuming I'm rejected as calls went out past two days for the admits.
