From what I have been seeing, I think "Application Complete" meant that it would be under review, however, I cannot be positive.

Hey everyone,
Has anyone heard from a friend or someone in here if people have received rejections at all? I know this was asked, but not much came from it the first time. My thought is NU gave all the people who were accepted already a deadline to post a deposit and then the rest of us will find out after they see how many are going to be attending. We will all know by Monday, but I feel like if I/ we who are waiting don't get any word tomorrow, then we will be dinged on Monday. I hate waiting. GL to everyone still waiting!

Don't know if ppl have been getting rejections, but the deposit deadline is not until July 23.

I'm not so sure it works that way. The admissions is rolling so they probably have made decisions on those proactive enough (or attending schools with registrar offices more accommodating than mine) to get their apps in during early-mid June. Now they are probably going through the same routine for those of us that send them in mid-late June.

I actually didn't turn in my application until the deadline, and I was accepted yesterday. So I'm not sure this is true.

Well that burst my bubble. Did you get accepted via email notification? And also what are your numbers?

Is the admission criteria kinda random at NU for transfers? Do you think we will hear next week?? I am getting crazy I wrote onto a journal at a T20 as a transfer and I am trying to leverage it for an admit

Hmm, I have the same stats so that makes me feel a little more confident. After being accepted by U of C though NU has kind of become an afterthought. Congrats on the acceptance.

Going to be withdrawing once my deposit at Columbia is confirmed. Hopefully a TLSer will get my spot. Best of luck to all remaining people.

Called today, not about mine specifically and they said they are extending their review through this week. Hopefully this brings one of us luck! Congrats on Columbia Shock.

Not necessarily. Call me optimistic, but I think they are still reviewing/accepting.

My biggest worry is that my 1L school will hold me back because it is t3/t4. TLS said that NU looks at first year performance and first year institution (in addition to their interests in W/E). Hopefully they weigh performance more heavily. I feel confident about my second choiceWisconsin), but I really want NU.
