Mine didnt go "ready for review" until 7/7 - no e-mail yet - could they still be yet to review it? Did everyone else who got word today have an earlier "ready for review" date?

You have outstanding LS stats, and that's likely why you were not/will not be rejected. Good luck.

I went ready for review on 6/28. Frankly I think that with some of the t2s in the mix, the virtual waitlist theory seems a tad pie-in-the-sky. Could just be separate batches of rejection notes.

Much as it gashes me to say it, I agree with tray. I do not think that the non-rejection means anything positive, other than you have not been rejected or accepted yet.

Could be separate batches of rejection notes. But why not mail them at once (unless you're saying they are now rejecting as they go along)? And more importantly, how is it pie-in-the-sky for Harvard to want to wait for spaces to open up that it expects to open up once some of their admits choose Y or S? That's precisely why historically, those in our 'ballpark' have been admitted later in the same time frame (as in, the last few days of July into early August).

Well, to argue against myself, doesn't that beg the question of why you haven't been rejected yet? Especially if you've been ready to review for nearly a month. Certainly in the Chicago context, the fact that a bunch of t2s got rejected on Thursday while others, like ourselves, persevere, seems to mean something. So what's the difference here? I guess one obvious difference is that that was Thursday and this was half an hour ago - also that there the rejects were all statistically similar (and dissimilar from those who heard no news) and here some of the rejects are stronger than those who haven't heard. In short, I tend to continue to agree with myself.

Still waiting - top 4% at brooklyn law school.

Can anyone who hasn't been rejected think of any compelling reason why they're still in contention? Otherwise, I think its just they were sick of rejecting people today and are saving the rest of us for tomorrow.

I made LR/Moot court and had a high ivy undergrad GPA but i think that speaks for most of the people that have been rejected too.

If you don't mind sharing, what are your stats?

I'm probably top 1-5% at T18. Haven't been dinged yet, but it's probably coming soon.

T1-2% at Cardozo. Got the rejection email at 9am this morning. At least I know I'm in good company.

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
