Re: USC??
I am a 3L, I transferred to USC last year. Just to answer a few of your questions.
1. My admission decision came by phone around this time last year. So there is still hope.
2. Yes there is a write on competition, but the space is very limited.
Let me know if you have more questions.

Hmm . . . It's funny that their email says the policy is to only notify via postal mail, yet they seem to notify people who are accepted via emails and phone calls. Do you think my hunch that they actually only choose to follow their "policy" for rejections is accurate? Have you ever heard of anyone getting a USC transfer admission acceptance letter/packet in the snail mail?Hinkleymustang wrote:I am a 3L, I transferred to USC last year. Your hunch is probably accurate. The official acceptance packet came by mail (large folder not a small envelope), but I got a phone call first. Other transfer students received phone calls as well.selfloathingtransfer wrote:Hmm . . . Re: USC??
What I would do for a phone call right now... ahhh. Just when my application went complete because my rankings were finally released, i finished my summer courses, and now I think they may be waiting on my summer grades before making a decision. I am at a t2 about top 2-3%, though our school only indicates top 5% distinction.

Uh, yeah, my hunch was correct . . . at least for me. The letter in the mail came this past Thursday, July 29th.supa2001 wrote:My status changed to decision finalized today.selfloathingtransfer wrote: Hmm . . .
