I am calling today - I need an answer soon(ish) - I'd have to give my employer 2 weeks notice.

What does that mean?!?! I was thinking about calling and asking for expedited review (only because I'm tired of waiting).

Well you can ask for a fast review (via email) but that doesn't guarantee you will get one - this is what I heard this morning.
They said "decisions are coming out on a regular basis - there is no time frame....you can hear up to right before school starts..."

For those of you who've been accepted... OCI bidding deadline is the 25th right? Does it follow that all acceptances would have to be sent out by at a minimum the 24th (thursday)?

They say they try to admit everyone by the Transfer EIP deadline, which is the 31st.

Not that I know of. Last years threads said that dings came by snail mail. Here's to hoping there is still some room left!

which did you apply to? any idea when we find out? did the typical 2Ls get onto journals already and we pick up extra spots?
how aggressive are you bidding? as if you were top of class at cls, median at cls? or reflective of if you were doing oci from your school?

What? Waiting to hear back from a secondary journal?
@Tooth. I applied to the environmental law journal. When you ask about bidding, do you mean OCI or ranking the secondary journals? My OCI bid strategy was about what firms did the type of work I'm interested in and what OCS has helped me pick and what previous transfers have relayed as their experiences.

Nebby - was merely being facetious.
went complete on 7/16. should have been 2 weeks earlier, but it took me 3 attempts to get my undergraduate documents to Columbia - hooray for snail mail. slightly worse stats than LawLschool so not holding my breath.

For those hanging in there, you should probably make some last-ditch efforts. Consider sending a detailed LOCI or going to visit and meet with a counselor to ask questions. It may help them revisit your app and decide to admit you.
