They must put a tremendous amount of weight on t14. It's frustrating.

I would enjoy getting into Yale today less for actually getting in than for the opportunity to call Harvard and tell them they don't own me any more.

I thought the 23rd wasn't a deadline, but rather the date students can start bidding? Someone posted earlier that bidding ends on the 28th.

I don't know whether H has changed its way of operation, but my search indicates that there were transfer admits as late as August 5th in 2008. Haven't done the search for other years.
The Early Interview Program. Is this something new in just the recent years?

The program isn't new, but the dates have been moved up several weeks in the last couple of years. That would make admitting someone as late as august much more difficult.
