I must have received mine as well. Here's to hoping my roommate doesn't get ahold of it first.CounselorNebby wrote:I love you. If yours came today, then that means I hopefully can get mine tomorrow! (NY)webee731 wrote:I live in PG County, MD and my acceptance letter just came today.
Stats again
4.0/4.2 (but #5 in class, weird GPA/curve at my law school)
School ranked 90-120
The backdoor worked for me (around 4-5 pm last night) and I had date changes on 4/4 and 4/7.
Good luck to everyone else.

Is the backdoor method still working? I am debating using it because the anticipation is adversely affecting me. However, I don't want to attempt it, not get in, and feel bad for no reason.

I'm also in PG county, MD, and did not receive a letter. Just went and double checked the mail. I did not have a status update on 4/4 but had one on 4/7 and can get login info via backdoor method. Can't wait until the mail gets here tomorrow.

If we are adding CALI awards, I have one. Thanks for putting this together. Looks pretty similar to the numbers you would expect

Re: GULC Transfer 2014
Also to help future readers that how come a top 15 % @ T2 ended up on the list. I think following reasons may have helped my application:
1: Applied only to the part- time program... and had compelling family and career (interested in patent law) reasons for transferring to Georgetown...
2: BSE + MSE ( Electrical Engineering)
3: 2 years of teaching assistant experience (electrical engineering courses during graduate school)
4: 7+ years of computer engineering experience... (also filed three patents.... )

I don't feel so bad now if I'm deferred. Those stats are higher than mine.
However, I'm thinking a lot of those people will get into even better schools.

Re: GULC Transfer 2014
Hey all,
Congratulations to all of you that have been accepted! For those of you that were deferred, keep your chin up. The beauty of the EA application is GULC will review your application again after your spring grades come out, so you'll have another shot.
RE: admitted students website: last year the backdoor thing worked for me in the same way that it's working for you all now (getting the password sent to you but not being able to log in). Don't be alarmed…it'll take a few days before you can access the admitted students website.
Good luck to all of you on your spring finals. I'm pretty busy now as you'd imagine, but I'll do my best to try to answer questions about attending GULC if you all have any. Unless it's super confidential/private (in which case, feel free to PM me), please post them here so anyone who has the same question can have it answered. Again, congratulations to those of you who were accepted…hope to see you around campus next year!

Hey Laxstar! Quick question regarding extracurriculars: I know that transfers can get onto journals, but what about moot court?laxstar1 wrote:Hey all,
