A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Does the "current status date" include a date for those with applications completed. Mines has no date but has been completed for about 2 weeks now. Just contacted admissions regarding same.

Any personal experience would be appreciated. Thanks all.

I applied for EA. Got deferred until spring grades. I sent unofficial and was updated to complete on 6/14. There is no date on completed date, they only update the status I believe.

Just got waitlisted for the part-time program. The email did say a final decision will be made by the 29th of July.

Just got accepted today around 4:30 pm! Application was complete on 6/14.

Yes, they told me the same thing. Who knows if that is true, but they must have favorites at least in their own minds.

July 1st. I got it extended to July 6th but I was told that already may make it difficult for career services to set me up for EIW.

Has anybody been admitted to Georgetown recently- whether off the waitlist or regular admission? Seems like there hasn't been any movement at all... I wonder if there is really a point of attending GULC if I can't participate in OCI... :|

I got an email acceptance just a few hours ago. Top 25% at Davis. Went complete around July 1.

Also, is it too late to participate in their OCI now because bids have already been submitted? Their OCI isn't until the second week of August, so I imagine bids will be submitted rather soon now.
