Top 1% at a T50.

Status date changed, but requirements list is still there.

Status date change on 4/4 and 4/7

Got the 4/7 update ... with requirement list still showing...

I think, unlike last time, 4/4 had both acceptances and deferrals ....final decisions were made today ... with acceptances mailed out... just like last year... people should start receiving them in the next two days or so... for deferrals there is going to be one more update ... around 4/10 ...and then defer email on the same day.....

I am most probably getting a defer email.. top 15 % @ T2 ... around Thursday... but lets see if this year may be applications are down or they like something else in my application... but highly unlikely

Hahaha unfotunately I work and then go to class from 6-8 and then have a long metro ride home. Not pleasant to be me today. Hopefully there is a letter waiting and I can spread the good news. You'll have to stay up though!!!!!!

If you hit forgot passoword/username, it allows one to type in their last name and email address to receive that said information.

Since this year hasn't followed the exact pattern as last year, and to add to our wonderful collection of mindless speculation, here's what I believe has occurred:

The 4/4 update was for both acceptance and deferral. The 4/7 update was when the letters were mailed. The letters should arrive by this Friday, and the deferral emails will probably go out on Friday as well. Last year, the first letter was received 4/3, which is a week after the first 3/27 update. Between 3/27 and 4/3, there was a universal update. So by Friday we will know.

Now back to our regularly scheduled debilitating and anticipatory speculation. <3

I assume the D.C. area denizens will be the first to know. The person last year with the 4/3 letter went to either GW or AU, one of the persons who got theirs on 4/4 lived in NYC, a person who lived on the west coast got theirs on 4/6.

I'm only aware of myself and one other person who did not receive a 4/4 update.

Speaking solely for me, I do not consider myself a top T1 applicant since I am not within the top 5%. I am expecting deferral.
