A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

Unsure if this is true. I interviewed in early June and hadn't heard back by the time I withdrew at the end of last week.

it's been my impression they interviewed most everyone. I interviewed on 6/19, complete on 6/30. Updated resume and LOCI about a week after that.

Status updated. My decision has been rendered and will be posted within the next 24 hours. I don't have the deposit line underneath the application fee so I'm guessing its a ding.

TTT Top10% IP. EA GULC. I was going to GULC but still would have considered NU if I got in. I'll tell you when I get the ding.

Only reason I have a glimmer of hope despite the no deposit line is because of you w7ldcard. Top 15-20% at a T25-30 should be a shoe in at NU

Thats what people said about GULC and I got Waitlisted (though I think that may have been because I know two classmates that already accepted at GULC for transfer.)

No reason to retain hope. I am a borderline applicant, never got interviewed so far and received the same status today. Based on past wisdom, it would be unreasonable to believe that they will accept an applicant with my stats without even interviewing.

Maybe, because isn't the transfer OCI thing tomorrow? And all of their deposits are due in 3 days, so you never know.

I'm personally not counting on it. I was way to far below NW's cutoff anyways.
