Mine changed from "both" to "full-time." Hopefully it means admit.

Tossed in an EA app just in case, but historically I need to be at least top 5% for admit.
On a positive note, I applied full or part time and my status in that regard still says "both" so maybe that's a good indicator for some of you!
that's really interesting. not to rain on your hopes but probably a good sign for the ones that got theirs changed. that might be a pattern they're still following.
for all other fulltime applicants, I guess we'll find out soon enough...
Yeah, I meant on a positive note for the other two posters whose status changed. I'm starting on my LOCI.
yeah, I'll be writing one once I know if I get deferred or not. Don't wanna have to write one on the off chance that I somehow get in.

Also, mine was always full-time but I think some people applied with the fulltime/parttime option. So, I think that's why theirs said "both"

If this year is like last year, then a few days before deferral's and acceptances come out our req list should become empty. I hope this happens Monday.

Here's to hoping. It would be nice to make a decision and put down a deposit before getting into the thick of exams. And perhaps it would allow me to be a bit less stressed?

that's what I'm really hoping... if it comes out during the middle of exams, I'm gonna be an emotional wreck.

Just curious, why did you guys apply?

Speaking for myself,

GULC has a top-notch International program + prestige reach.

I'd like to have options. However, I feel like the price might take many of those same options away.

Chiming in to give you 4/4 changers a bit more hope.

My states are on the cusp. Had a 4/2 address change, but no 4/4 status change. Expecting deferral.

Well. Now we can somewhat confirm that it was not a universal update. Since most people with updates are well above top 5%, I think it could be a positive signal for you folks.

Being optimistic for you guys :)

I'm tied for top of my class. If I don't get admitted then I will question the very fabric of reality.

So... Does anyone know when they send out rejections? and are Rejections via e-mail or snail mail?

Logically, i think the 4/4 updates might be either acceptances or denials (sent out at the same time) then maybe those who have not been updated could be deferrals?

idk, We shall find out this week I hope!.

They RARELY send denials for EA. Rejections are email iirc

The T1 people who are suppose to be autoadmits in this thread, but did not receive the 4/4 status update, could have been deferred due to yield protection?
I heard that law schools still have to report those statistics for transfers, even though they don't have to report LSAT or GPA, etc. (correct me if I'm wrong)
It would make sense, since if they were top 10-15% from a T1, they have a great shot at most of the T14, and GULC would be their safety.
Also, combing through the past few years of EA transfers, they mail admits, and email deferrals and rejections.

I didn't think they had to report. Just that they don't want people lingering around with an acceptance in hand, when they're not going to attend. Maybe?

I'm really hoping that huge group of 4/4's are all admits... I would kill to go to GULC

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
