I'm also a 6/20er. I applied EA from a top 100 school. 3.13 GPA, top 20% - down from last semester. Fingers crossed. I called the admissions office on Monday and they said that they hoped to have decisions by the end of this week.

I believe it stays there until there is a decision.

Can anyone confirm this? It would be nice to know...Mine says "Application completed" with a Current status date of 6/21

Edit: I applied regular action. Just noticed the e-mail with the username/pass info for the Application Status Checker says "Regular Action decisions are generally not made before July."....have I been wasting my time checking my e-mail obsessively O_O

I don't think you can ever tell from the status checker. Can you? I think they only communicate acceptance by e-mail. No?

I don't think so, I was refferring to refreshing the email because mine tends to lag behind at times. Although, the status checker will most likely let you know when a decision is made when the date changes again.

went complete today 6/27 and on the top of the screen between bio and status it says "Due" on the top middle, anyone know what this means?

I wish I could tell you it means your seat deposit is due.

In fact, it is a formatting error. It is the first word of the first sentence below the update boxes, which reads "Due to the volume of our correspondence with applicants, Georgetown is unable to post mailing details and update the Requirements List."

Yup. I've been complete since 6/20 and I've had he "Due" the entire time.

I don't think it means anything. If my web page is full screen, I have the "Due" formatting error. If it's only half the screen, I don't.

It's hard to say... Sometimes it changes and a wave of admits happens, sometimes nothing.

Hey man, it's a black box process... you never know what's gonna happen so stay positive!
