A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

submitting my application today (my school purposefully isn't releasing transcripts until today)

School: California. 60-70
GPA/Rank: 3.9, probably just below top 5% (maybe 6 or 7%)
Ties to So Cal: very strong

I submitted Friday as well. Pretty much identical stats as you except I am from a T50. Good luck!

Also, anyone know of a way to see their OCI list for this year before being admitted?

I never heard back from UCLA (or did a skype interview) so I just sent a letter asking for an expedited review. We'll see what they say...

Same here. I called them on Monday and they said they were going through applications as fast as possible, but they couldn't give a definite date for when they would give out decisions. Will you let us know what their response to the letter is?
