2013 Berkeley Transfer Thread Forum

A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

Their email said that decisions would come via email, but historically they have called people. Any guess?

I wouldn't say no such luck yet, east coast schools have been accepting people at like 4:30 EST, and it's only 2:30 PST.

I went complete on 6/14.

I'll be going to look at East Bay apartments this week - I'm a female, possibly my boyfriend will live with me, and definitely another female I went to law school with last year who was also admitted to Berkeley will be living with me. 3brs are usually a pretty sweet apartment spot, so feel free to PM me if you might be interested in joining. I'm thinking about probably living right by campus, but I love Rockridge and Piedmont Ave so I might go for the Temescal district (easy 15 minute-ish bus ride to the law school) instead.
