A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

Dinged USC via email (it was originally suppose to be snail mailed, but the admission office there seems to be a bit administratively challenged).

Did they email you the acceptance letter?
Did your status change to decision finalized? When?

I've been in 1st committee read since June 25. Its frustrating to wait.

Yup, emailed decision.

Status updated in the morning. I was in second read status since june 29 th.

Finally changed to "In Final Review" yesterday.

We'll see what the verdict is.

I'd rather not disclose, sorry.

Good luck, I'm just happy there is going to be closure and we can move forward. If it doesn't work out, I'll go to Loyola.

That's weird, and kind of upsetting to me that they made a decision based solely on fall grades. But regardless of my jealousy, I congratulate you. You must have had stellar grades and achievements. Good luck!

The deposit is due one week from the date of notice.

Might be different as it gets closer to the deadline.
