The transition couldn't have been better. Everyone at Emory is very friendly, faculty and students. They gave us an opportunity to compete for positions on the three journals and moot court. I was already living in Atlanta though, so I didn't have to find accommodations like other people did who were transferring from elsewhere. In terms of classes, I personally had to take Con Law (a few other transfer students did as well) plus there are a couple of other classes you are required to take your second year along with regular 2Ls (evidence, legal profession, and trial techniques).djf wrote:For those who decided to attend Emory, how was the transition process? What classes did you have to take to be caught up with the rest of the class?
