I'm not so sure that UW will work out, although I'm sure it would be a great fit. They have seriously small transfer classes.

Well, I've done everything humanly possible to get myself in the best position there, but like you said, it's very hard to get accepted there as a transfer.

I didn't know you go there. I was just up on campus a few weeks ago, actually.

I really appreciate all the support but man I'm really getting to the "screw it" zone. If it takes much longer I really might just have to get an apartment near my old school since I have so much to do before fall semester, with the family and all.

Dude, have you emailed or called the admissions office to (A) ask about the timeframe, and FAR MORE IMPORTANTLY (2) to reiterate your interest/ enthusiasm???

I was told not to pester the admissions offices if I didn't have anything to add.........do you think otherwise?

A'nold, would you even want to transfer to Emory after hearing about the wreck that their OCI is?

I'll do OCI just b/c but I don't count on getting anything there and really don't want the kind of jobs people are gunning to get at OCI. However, local smaller PI firms might be of interest to me so if they are interviewing I'd interview with them.
