^^ I would add to #5 that going to school with smarter people enhances the quality of one's education. I found it amusing to walk out of exams with an hour left at my old school and come back from the neighborhood bakery with some fresh baked goods, but it wasn't a very productive experience. Whereas at a better school I'd try harder, learn to be a better legal writer hopefully, etc.

Tray, be honest. You and I both know that, in the event that you get into HYSCCN, your persona won't change. You're going to try to do as well as you can while trying to make everyone else feel as stupid as possible. Given that you will probably land at least one of these schools, I'm really looking forward to reading one of your future classmate's posts that will probably go something like this: "OMG, this one transfer is the biggest douche ever! He sent a pseudo-threatening e-mail warning us about how smart he is and 'that we better be smarter than dubaya'nel students or we're fucked!'"

I'm still shocked that you're a real person. For the longest time I thought you were a flame. That being said, part of me wants to be friends with you just for shock entertainment.

Well, no, I never tried to do as well as I could before, actually I barely tried, so yes, I would (possibly) change in that I would try harder. Aside from that though I think I'd be a lot less condescending. I mean, I don't condescend to my fellow interns (except for the one stupid one) because they're all bright. I think they'd largely be surprised to learn that I'm a raging egomaniac.

Granted, they do think I'm nuts in an endearing sort of way, but for other, unrelated reasons.

As opposed to a dying, non-respirating one?

Allow me to interject, traydeuce. I believe seespotrun was going for: A living, breathing enigma As Opposed to a theoretical, abstract one. But I suppose you are correct, there are indeed plenty of dead enigmas...spotlighted on Cold Cases and Six feet under.
