Just out of curiosity did anyone have a guaranteed July 30th update on their waitlist letter? I think that might be when the next wave of acceptances/rejections come in.

Has anybody asked what do we expect on the 30th when they call?

They don't call. It's likely going to be two or three sets of emails. One for the special, small group; one generic message for everyone else; and one dinging a few people. Or perhaps they will just say the class is full.

I really don't know what to expect but it seems like there are plenty of last minute withdraws happening at least in my opinion. After looking at last year's thread I'm willing to bet that July 28th-30th will be the end of the road for all of us, but hopefully there will be a number of acceptance letters sent out.

Well my question was if anybody has asked admissions what to expect on the 30th.

I just called them right now and the promised letter is not guaranteed to have a final decision because you could hear up to Aug 31st which is the first day of classes...

oh gosh!!!

I'm sure my ding is coming because I have been incredibly successful at getting dings this cycle.

It was oddly freeing. I was already expecting the ding.

Same here. It has been a brutal transfer cycle. I have already almost completed MM apps anyways so it would be a real pain to update every firm with a new school ... not saying I wouldnt do it.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
