Yeah I understand doing everything you can to get a job, but that's a dick move and could lead to problems.BaberhamLincoln wrote:I think that's very frowned upon.LongTymeLurker wrote:I am interested in seeing how is everyone handling OCI? Double dipping or...?

Then double-dipping would definitely lead to problems for you.LongTymeLurker wrote:The issue am having is the school I am most likely transferring to is the same city and has the same OCI time as the originalchuckbass wrote:Yeah I understand doing everything you can to get a job, but that's a dick move and could lead to problems.BaberhamLincoln wrote:I think that's very frowned upon.LongTymeLurker wrote:I am interested in seeing how is everyone handling OCI? I'm assuming you'd pay your deposit at the new school while not withdrawing from the old one until the very last minute.BaberhamLincoln wrote:If you're coming to NU just know ill be throwing you shade all of OCI for double dipping

If you can do OCI at your transfer school, why double dip? Doing something unethical in a profession where ethics is considered kind of important sounds like a pretty terrible idea to me.

LTL said he/she is trying to do both OCIs at the same timestugotz wrote:I'm assuming you'd pay your deposit at the new school while not withdrawing from the old one until the very last minute.BaberhamLincoln wrote:If you're coming to NU just know ill be throwing you shade all of OCI for double dipping

Cannot believe this cycle is almost over. Geese time flies. What's left? Duke, NU, and wait lists?
Edit: I see now Cornell and SLS are empty too. Huh

Stanford has accepted a couple of people. I remember one guy being accepted by Cornell. I think Stanford will have a few more acceptances next week and Columbia will too.sandwhich wrote:Cannot believe this cycle is almost over. Geese time flies. What's left? Duke, NU, and wait lists?

Notre Dame bound. Leaving a TTT (was a TT when I enrolled), somewhere within Top 25%, 3.5 GPA, strong softs. Accepted a little more than a month ago.
Good luck to everyone.
Future gens: I rarely posted in the ND thread, so if you want to know my story, feel free to send me a message.
