I don't know why I keep checking on here, jumping at my email, and logging in to check my application status.
I'm suing myself for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

DON'T SAY THAT
;(
But I am thinking that sounds right. Maybe Penn or NYU will get back to me since their decisions are trickling out. CLS seems unlikely today, though. Unless they'll mail merge us decisions at 4:59pm and then turn off their phones and roll out of the office.

That sounds
exactly like the kind of thing they would do.

Looking at last year's transfer status thread, the decisions came after 5:00 on the 13th. Let's see if we get lucky (or unlucky) then.

In.
I thought I had a realistic shot of going here given past admits from my school, and had psyched myself up for the possibility of NYC since I thought Harvard would certainly not happen. I'm dying to return to NYC, but it will wait two years for Harvard.
Will withdraw from NYU, keep this option open, and then withdraw when I get my Harvard confirmation.
Good luck!

11/4XX at t45.
Also in at Berkeley and have not heard back from anywhere else. This is the decision I was fearing I'd have to make.

I'm really split 50/50. I want to work in the bay area, very interested in the tech industry. On the other hand my family is near NYC and it's hard to say no to Columbia.
