Additionally, am I retarded, or is "any identifying information" a little vague (re: MJPVL). I'm assuming this refers just to name/address/etc + gpa, but should I take my transfer school off too? Names and locations of former employers? Activities, honors, interests, duties and responsibilities?

I feel like the whole point of a resume is to identify yourself/concisely communicate who you are to others...

During the application sessions for current students, they said they really only cared about names. Specifically when asked, they said people should talk about personal experiences in the PS that they should know about even if it outed the person.

What do you mean by "moot court situation"? You just have to find a partner and sign up before the deadline, which I believe is some time in October. The school will create a transfer email group if it hasn't done so already, which you can use to solicit partners from within the transfer class. Otherwise, you can just do what everyone else does and either ask people you meet in classes or send out desperate school-wide emails to see if anyone is still looking for a partner within a few days of the deadline. The only disadvantage transfers face with respect to moot court is that they don't have as much time to form strong friendship-based ties with potential partners. This shouldn't concern you because many, if not most, of the transfer-free (AKA "pureblood") teams are formed by mere acquaintances who have reached out to one another due to a mutual fear of being ALONE.
