Re: Official UC-Berkeley Transfer Thread
Went under review Wed.
3.98/4.0; Rank 1-2/210; T4
If I was admitted, do I really have to withdraw applications from other schools?
How would they know?

You only have to withdraw if you accept. However, they wouldn't know but it wouldn't be "ethical" to do so.

I'm visiting Berkeley right now to check out the school. The campus AND the city are amazing! Freaken stoked to attend. However, the law school from the outside doesn't look that amazing; it's under construction.

Re: Official UC-Berkeley Transfer Thread
I've been under review since the 18th and still haven't heard anything. Since they made sftransfer's decision in 3 days, I'm assuming this is way bad news for me.

seems like a lot of candidates with good numbers went UR on 6/23 so I'm hoping they haven't made decisions for those yet. so far people with friday emails went UR on 6/22

Re: Official UC-Berkeley Transfer Thread
Yea, it seems like there is a 3 day turn around.
I am a little upset with Berkeley Admissions though. I sent an e-mail asking if they wanted my unofficial transcript and they said no. I sent one a week later anyway and they accepted it and I was under review 2 days later. If I sent my transcript when I offered it I would have gone complete and entire week earlier. I really hope it doesn't compromise my chances for admission. I'm crossing my fingers for Monday.
