Tbf, I WAS completely neurotic with any status checker applications I've done. I freaking checked that thing constantly. Maybe it was pointless (it was) but darn it I wanted to know lol

I was also speaking from experience. Until I saw that all were under review, I was constantly checking. Even after that I checked three times a day until I received my first acceptance. Now I don't check at all--if they want me, I'll hear from them; if not, I'm still in at a top 10 school. It's all gravy from here.sandwhich wrote:Tbf, I WAS completely neurotic with any status checker applications I've done. I freaking checked that thing constantly. I haven't been paying attention to the status checker because I have a good feeling for when the first decisions will be made. I've just been neurotic with trying to get my class rank from my law school haha.sandwhich wrote:Tbf, I WAS completely neurotic with any status checker applications I've done. It's all good. I'm just joking around. Trying to lighten the mood a bit after all my complaining.lawschool_lurker_12 wrote:lawman84 wrote:I don't. Has anyone here had success in getting transferred to Harvard and if so then what steps did you take?

Good luck to you guys who are complete/under review. Still waiting on my undergrad to complete and send the cert so I may be rejected by default.

Do they give out decisions through email, phone, or mail? Or is it acceptances through phone, denials through email, etc. something like that?

Last year it looks like there was a wave of calls and then a wave of email/status checker admissions within a few hours of each other.felinafelina wrote:Do they give out decisions through email, phone, or mail? Or is it acceptances through phone, denials through email, etc. something like that?

Yeah, just looked at last year's thread. Rejects didn't get informed until around July 10th :/ Ahhh what a wait.

By "under review," do you mean "ready for review"?AT9 wrote:Good luck to you guys who are complete/under review. Still waiting on my undergrad to complete and send the cert so I may be rejected by default.
Or does this mean my application is still not being looked at?
My status checker showed "application ready for review" 6/16.

Re: Harvard Transfer Thread 2015
I don't think the status checker differentiates between "complete" and "under review." I think "ready for review" spans from the time the application is complete to the time a decision is made.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
