Wouldn't this be a violation of the fair housing act?

I have no idea as a 0L...but I witnessed such adds in A2 and NYC. Harbor House doesn't technically prohibit undergrads but you must "income qualify" for the apt and undergrads won't unless they have substantial support.

I fell in love with the school and with Ann Arbor, but Michigan isn't the right financial decision for me.

Local T2 with a pretty decent scholarship. Many are questioning my sanity, but I think it's the right school for me.

It seems Michigan has been as unpredictable as any school, for what it's worth the deadline for the deposit is 7/30, but the deadline to apply for law review was 7/16, and OCI bidding is going on right now, so I would guess (note - only a guess) they are probably done with most of their acceptances so as to give the transfer students a shot at all of the aforementioned. That said, everyone at the school has been great thus far, so I am sure if they accept you post these deadlines they would accommodate you accordingly.

Disclaimer: I am not trying to shoot down your hopes (if you have indeed applied and are yet to hear back), I am just giving my best estimate. Good luck.
