Thank you, I received my acceptance in the mail three days following it going DR on 6/23 (I live in the midwest).transferplease wrote:jlockhart6 wrote:That happened to me right before it went DR (and was accepted), could be good newstransferplease wrote:I have been UR since 06-10. Congrats on your acceptance! How long after this happened did you go DR and receive your acceptance?

Then DR on 6/23. Acceptance via postal mail a few days later, then ASW access via email a day or so after the package arrived.
It may be a rejection

I live in DC. Hopefully I should hear something this week. Thanks for your info. Just curious, are you attending?

Ok, I'm jealous. I've been app received since 6/14 with no changes even though they swear I'm complete. Is anyone else stuck at that step?

No, I am going to go to Michigan (makes most sense living in the midwest).

Re: Official Georgetown EA thread
This is such a ridiculous inference, undoubtedly motivated by wasteful and unproductive hedging. Every post-EA admit reported a UR status update about 2 days before DR. Deposits are due today and many admits will not be submitting, thereby opening up spots. While no one can guarantee anything, if law school has taught you anything, it's to make reasonable inferences based on careful evaluation of the facts. You, on the other hand, rely on emotion and insecurity in the form of hedging to cushion the blow of failure (which you don't even know has come). My advice: grow up and start thinking positive.thexfactor wrote:im guessing WL/ reject for this pile.

I was optimistic until anold t3 15% and another t4 cat with 20% got the same message that i got.
Butters and other people that had ~t2 5% did not have the same message.

I was also deferred EA. UR on 6/14, then changed status to UR 7/2. Those of you who said you changed as well, is the date for 7/6 or 7/2?
