Rejected by email from H a few minutes ago.
Top 10% from Cornell, possibly top 5%. Late application screwed me.

Out of curiosity, what does your status checker say?
Link to status checker here:

My under review status just changed from UR 7/14 to UR 7/17. I guess that's something.
Still UR 7/14.
Still UR 7/4....
I had checked 2 days ago, since I thought it was weird that they never emailed like CLS to say they received my withdrawal, and it still had the same date listed as when it first went UR in early July. I checked today and it had the “decision letter sent” dated yesterday. In any case, their office said I could decline via email, so hopefully that will get things processed sooner and the spot re-assigned. Good luck everyone.

I honestly can't seem to figure out any pattern to their madness.

No, but I'm waiting for it. I can't imagine it took them more than yesterday to make 10-15 calls.

Not that extreme, but it's not looking good.

Any more info on NYU's decisions yesterday/today? Checker says mine was mailed yesterday, but can't get to the mailbox until later.

That's terrible, I'm sorry to hear that. Never would have laughed if I thought Penn was actually a possibility for you.
Best of luck.
