No. Does this mean we all didn't get any or just that they are late?howdypumpkin wrote:Hey guys, anyone else hear from journals?

I'd find it hard to believe that none of us got on a journal. I hope anyway.nadopretz wrote:No. Does this mean we all didn't get any or just that they are late?howdypumpkin wrote:Hey guys, anyone else hear from journals?

I got my #2 choice, which actually I was considering making my #1, so all around I'm pretty happy.
Orientation: is there a more detailed schedule floating around anywhere? Official word on dress code? I have a start time of 8:45 stuck in my head but I can't even find where I got that from.

8:45 is right, and other than that strange email with the calendar that has the room number, that's all the info we have.forestgirl wrote: Orientation: is there a more detailed schedule floating around anywhere? I was selected to the Columbia Journal of European Law. I'm heading to campus today to walk around so I'll see if I can ask someone about the dress code for tomorrow.

Was on campus and asked about the dress code. She said there was none. I asked if I could wear jeans and a tshirt. She told me I could wear a clown suit if I wanted.

How about the dress code for Cravath reception? Business casual or suit?

Is the same true for the EIP Kickoff event after orientation? It sounds the firm folks will just be speaking so nothing more formal would be required.shock259 wrote:Was on campus and asked about the dress code. She said there was none. Still can't decide what to do. I have an interview with Cravath, so I guess I have to go to this event. But I have soooo much to do to prep for EIP. Meh.
