T14 Transfer Status Change Thread Forum

A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

Sadly, yes. Though I was getting super excited about Michigan, and it's a hard choice to have to make, I'm from Philadelphia -- and after a year in Miami being away from literally everyone I know, I want to go home :)

top 7-10% at uchicago (i don't really know, they don't rank). she said they had finished reviewing apps last night. i'd imagine they will be calling people soon because she expressed a worry that she had lost people to berkeley and harvard because of calling on the later side. this also might mean that they'll accept some extra people later if they have an unusual number of people go elsewhere this year... i dunno. best of luck to you
