No idea actually. I didn't do the write-on. Just took a secondary journal instead.

I asked if we should expect decisions before the 10th and they said "oh, no, probably after the 10th"

I wonder if that means ALL DECISIONS after the 10th.

So last year's earliest complete to accept was th 6/20 -> wed 7/10.

This year earliest complete is also 6/20 (friday). So if Columbia doesn't speed up (why do we think they would?) then THURSDAY 7/10 is the best bet.
