2 years ago, I heard on 7/16. Most acceptances came that day via email. Dings started going out via snail mail.

No idea actually. I didn't do the write-on. Just took a secondary journal instead.

spoke w/ them today. not expecting to make decisions until after the 10th. so if you want to be on their LR you should do the writing comp

I asked if we should expect decisions before the 10th and they said "oh, no, probably after the 10th"

I wonder if that means ALL DECISIONS after the 10th.

So last year's earliest complete to accept was th 6/20 -> wed 7/10.

This year earliest complete is also 6/20 (friday). So if Columbia doesn't speed up (why do we think they would?) then THURSDAY 7/10 is the best bet.

Yes and who knows with this cycle. always a chance we don't see movement until next week.

edit: just spoke with admissions.. she said no decisions have been made yet and she doesn't expect any until next week.
