Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

GW is a bit prestige whorish for some reason. GULC will take you from a TTT or a TTTT if you are a top 1-5%er most of the time. GW seems to reject more TTT and TTTT people even if they are top students.

It's kind of idiotic, but congrats on GULC!

I would have preferred to have been at GULC but I dug my own grave there.

Just applied to the regular decision for full-time (transferring from PT).

Stats:
Top 50 School in DMV
Top 5% (based on last semester)

Went complete today...lady said decisions by the end of June. Good luck to all those not in under the EA.

So, at our school there is a different curve 1L (B+) vs 2L & 3L (A-). Is this true for gw as well?

Ours is C+ for 1L and B- for 2L/3L, this system is more indicative of the true struggle of a law school curve.

My deposit isn't due until the 23rd but I noticed that OCI bidding begins on the 18th. Do I have to pay my deposit to bid for OCI? I'm still waiting to hear back from several schools, one of which I'm hoping in the next week and a half.
