As I recall, GULC has one of the largest transfer classes in the country. I do wonder how much turnover they have each year with students heading to higher-ranked schools.CounselorNebby wrote:ABA data indicates they 112 transfer students last year. 85 the year before.

Re: GULC Transfer 2014
Not a lot. In 2013 they had 7 transfer out of GULC, in 2012 they had 10 transfer out. It's in those two data sheets. As well as how many 1Ls end up dropping out. (2013 had 18 drop outs, 2012 had 24)Anonymous User wrote:As I recall, GULC has one of the largest transfer classes in the country. Top 15%
Tier 2
Only time will tell.
Around 600 apply, 100 matriculate, I like those odds.

Not that I have any reason to doubt it, but curious where you got the number.markdg90s wrote: Around 600 apply, 100 matriculate, I like those odds.

$600 2 weeks after acceptance, $1,000 sometime in June.ucc2207 wrote:Does anyone know deposit amount/deadline for early action admits? Just trying to figure out, if accepted, the rough cost/and if ill have to deposit before exams.
Thanks
So, first deposit before exams, second deposit after exams but before regular decision applications.

Hope that you're right...though any sort of movement on my status checker would likely give me heart palpitations and an even more substantial compulsion to refresh the page in class.

Wish I had something like 'apartment' which could change. I'll just hope they add 'USA' to my address...

I'm giving it low odds this week. Hoping for the best, but deflated after last week's highly anticpated movement.

I assume a member of admissions is trolling us. "Those kids figured out what we did last year. Let's throw 'em for loop!"
I really just want to see movement, because my current school's LR bluebook test is in two weeks and I want a reason to skip it.

Just took my school's test this weekend. So hard to stay motivated. I am now intimately familiar with the Bluebook though.CounselorNebby wrote:I assume a member of admissions is trolling us. "Those kids figured out what we did last year. Let's throw 'em for loop!"

If they really wanted to screw with y'all, they'd figure out who one of you was and let you in, then leave all the others hanging.CounselorNebby wrote:I assume a member of admissions is trolling us. "Those kids figured out what we did last year. Let's throw 'em for loop!"

Status Checkers updated on 4/20 two years ago, in case anyone was wondering. 4/18 three years ago.

I'd rather that they release the decision later, after I have my spring semester grades.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
