Yep. Status checker hasn't budged since 5/17. I feel like our apps have been printed out and stored in a box inside some dusty, UChi attic.interalia wrote:solidsnake, you were deferred during ED, right. So was I.solidsnake wrote:Were either of you deferred during ED?

Aw snap! Congrats to the people who got in. Those who got the call, are you still deciding between other schools (or even staying where you're at) or is Chicago where you'll be this Fall?

^^ It is a small transfer class. 25 or so came in last year. Even supposing a yield of just, say, 40%, that means 62 admits, and a fair number were already admitted in early decision.

By the way, I'm happy to see people getting in were roundabout the top 10%. I was worried my ED acceptance would be rescinded because I dropped from tippy top of the class first semester to around top 15%. Hopefully already being admitted gives me a little leeway to be top 15 instead of top 10.

Yea but not nearly as many apps as to places like columbia. I think calls are still coming. It takes a while to call 40 people
