Well, there is one offer that is going to get turned down. Or so I would think.

Re: Official Columbia Transfer Thread
My application is incomplete and I'm trying to figure out why.
It's probably the LSDAS Report...
LSDAS Report: Complete and copy requested from LSAC
All of the boxes have green check marks and this is the only one that doesn't say "Received" (although it too has a green check mark)
Anyone want to offer some wisdom?

Just wondering, are they are a lot of people who have been complete for a while and have not heard anything yet?

My status is currently incomplete. The only box unchecked is "Letters of Rec," but my two letters of rec are checked. A conundrum!

Can transfers get on a journal without having entered the writing competition? It fell during my finals week so participating was not really an option.
edit: nm I found it on the website

Re: Official Columbia Transfer Thread
So somehow I'm still incomplete. And they've taken 6 business days to respond to my status info request, in excess of the promised 3-5! The last time I called I was like, it's been 8 days, and they go, but it's only been 5 business days. Wait for an e-mail.

I feel you, traydeuce. Today I emailed to add an updated resume to my file, and they responded with a (personalized, non-form) confirmation. While I was seemingly in contact with them, I thought I'd take the opportunity to ask if I had anything outstanding because my app is still inexplicably incomplete. Silence.

The comforting thing is that transferapps reports a history of late completions in the 7/12-14ish range, often followed merely two days later by acceptances.

Well this is good, I suppose. The status checker is such a gesture, though.

Re: Official Columbia Transfer Thread
I applied in May. The status checker says my transcripts are missing, but that can't be, because every other school had no problem getting them from LSAC. They also seem to have mistook my Dean's Cert for an LOR. Of course, if he failed to fill out the form and just sent a letter (something my school's Academic Records office denies), that would be one thing, but they can't even send an e-mail and say whether that's the case.

Submitted on 6/21 and like everyone else, still incomplete... Columbia is the only school out of 7 that is not yet complete

For what it's worth, I'm in at CLS and my status checker still says incomplete... so probably not the most reliable resource. I called them a few weeks ago, they checked my file and told me to email, and then 4 or 5 days later I got an email back saying I was complete.

I got them to promise on the phone that they'd review it tomorrow and see what's the matter. A real breakthrough.

Congrats to all on getting into Columbia.
Now do those of us who haven't gotten in a favor and withdraw from NYU. It only takes a 30 second e-mail. Thanks.

In via e-mail at 12:35 PM.
I was complete on 6/23 and several people I know who were compelte later were admitted earlier, so hopefully this will ease any anxiety people who haven't heard back yet may be having.
Top 3.5%, 50s-60s school.
