A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

My app went under review today or friday, yikes. I had been complete for a week or two before my status checker changed to reflect this.

It seems that I went under review immediately upon getting my final components in. I'd like to believe this is because I'm such a strong candidate, but I'm thinking it is because I went complete so late.

I was told early last week that my app was being sent to the admissions committee, and today status checker came up UR 7/18 (yesterday). WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!?! I'M SO DESPERATE FOR A DECISION AT THIS POINT...

what are everyone's numbers?

I'm t1% at #60 school.

UR 7/18. Decision sent today (7/20). Anybody else?

Top 10% at T25, grad school, WE (if these things matter anymore)

Yes, it did (sometime within the past 2 hours or so). I know this because I was neurotically checking all day prior to now. ;)

I neglected to get hard copies of my transcripts sent; they told me this over the phone. They also said that they honestly expect admissions to be made as late as early August, and not to worry about the exceedingly late completion of my file.

Is everybody's "Term" field in your status checker empty? It's empty in mine, but I can't remember if this was the case even before I went DR.

Acceptances ship via UPS Express Pak, 2nd day air.

Just saw you tried to log onto the admitted student website. I did the same when i went DR and it worked. Congrats!
