I am...they sent an e-mail a few weeks ago. It starts the evening of the 24th but if you haven't heard anything you may want to call.
The person who sent my e-mail was Christine Gregory. Phone: 734.615.0019, E-mail: crsgreg@umich
The e-mail says the complete schedule will be on CTools. I actually just got an e-mail saying I was added to the MAP CTools today but I haven't looked at it yet.

Michigans testing software supports Macs. I'll be using a Mac. Check out Circusponies if you want a good onenote replacement for Mac.

you'll get them officially at orientation but you can figure it out once you are assigned to classes in the next two weeks or so. your section is determined by your assignment to a legal practice class, so look to see who your legal practice prof is and what time it meets. that should tell you.

For people wondering about the MAP schedule, I wrote Trudy and just asked when the thing started as I had to figure out my travel plans for the 24th- everything kicks off with a dinner at the hotel at 6.30 PM on the 24th. I'll email her now and point out that the full schedule isn't up yet.

Tix to osu will be hard to come by, I'd hit up your osu med friend.

Is this because it's an away game this year or are OSU tix impossible every year? I was hoping to bring a friend or two in 2011...

I do not know about away games. Tickets to the OSU game last year, even with Michigans terrible record, were difficult to find. I assume tickets in Columbus will also be scarce not only because it is the last game of the season, but if OSU remains ranked high and has 0 to 1 losses, then tickets will be even more difficult. It is a typical end of season rivalry with high demand.

They're tough to get every year -- you can expect to pay upwards of 100 smackers a ticket for OSU.

$100 bucks... thats it? That's not bad compared to GA/FL. Tickets for that could run you between 250 and 500... maybe even more. $100 is a lot for a ticket, but its much better than what I was used to in the SEC.

I know on stubhub.com the cheapest tickets available for the OSU game are around $275. There are surely cheaper options elsewhere, but $100 bucks would be a steal of a deal if you could snag that.
On a related note, we get shafted a bit when it comes to the schedule. We play at Notre Dame and at OSU this year. Anybody know how the schedule will change next year when Nebraska joins the Big 10? I would assume Notre Dame and OSU would both play at Michigan again next year, and then both games would be away once again our 3L year.

I'm talking about prices for student tickets that require a student ID (or a meager upgrade fee). Because Michigan blew last year, tickets on lawopen were 100-200. If Michigan had anything close to a decent season, I could see these being more expensive.

This is correct -- ND and OSU will be away two of your three years.

They started around $100-200, but by game day they were down to like $60-70 on lawopen. I bought a ticket for a friend coming into town the day before for $60 and had another person offering to sell for that same price.
Now, if we start winning? Expect that $100-200 to hold as game day gets closer, or even increase.

Sweet god I can only hope it's better than that. I'm praying for an 8-4, but OSU and Penn State away might be ugly. Truth be told, my biggest concern is that we beat Notre Dame. So long as that is a W, I'm content.
