Has anyone recieved an email with your CUID/PID#? From what I understand it is needed to complete the housing application.

+1. That's my understanding, as well, and no, I haven't received it.nateDgr8 wrote:Has anyone recieved an email with your CUID/PID#? From what I understand it is needed to complete the housing application.

Am I right in saying that scholarship/aid info will probably be sent out in April some time at the earliest (assuming no Hamilton/Butler). CLS is my first choice by far, but its gonna take some $$ to pull it off!
Also, do we have any idea what the University Housing is like? Also, is their pricing actually highly subsidized for morningside heights? I think the lowest they go is in the 900 hundred range for a 3 bedroom.

Mid-March at the earliest. That is if you got your stuff in early.

I'm another one... currently in the Middle East as well. International flavour was definitely one of the reasons Columbia was my top choice.rx3r wrote:I was an expat. I don't think it's that weird. Yeah, but then you have to live with several people, some of whom may be crazy and/or annoying.TobiasFunke wrote:At Columbia's thing on Monday, a girl who volunteered her 113th unfurnished apartment for a tour said she's paying $800ish. It's mad huge, too.

Yeah, but then check again when exams are around the corner. I'm willing to bet it goes from zero - CRAZY fast.TobiasFunke wrote:
I'm really worried about that -- I was assigned two art majors as suitemates once -- but I figure the dorms will be my only social life once I'm actually in law school.
Plus, if anyone's going to be stable, I'd assume Columbia Law kids are a safe bet. Everyone seemed relatively normal at the Monday event.

Was anyone else on a deferral? If so what's your current status? Still waiting for my formal readmission and wondering when I might expect it to come through...

Did anyone get an email from a Columbia prof? I can't tell if it's a form letter or not and I don't want to be rude by not responding if it isn't. It seems form-ish.

Did it take a long time after you received your acceptance letter to get this email? I'd like to get my housing app out of the way asap, one less thing to worry about! I just filled out my housing application! I put that I would prefer the 400 block since I'm cheap, but I'm pretty much down with an apartment share anywhere near the law school. anyone else do their housing app yet?
