I think I'm the baby here, I'm 21, though I'll be 22 when school starts.

Actually, it appears that I'm actually the baby of the thread, this always happens to me with my June birthday...I'm 20, but will be 21 by the time school starts. I'm comign straight out of Undergrad, which I finished as fast as possible.

And we definitely need to find a good sports bar close to campus to watch all the Giant games.

I'm not 100% committed yet, but I'm strongly leaning toward it (still have 2 weeks to make the final decision between Georgetown and Cornell). I'm surprised that so many of you are already committed, given that Georgetown has a May 3rd deadline. I guess I'm the only one who likes to procrastinate to the last possible minute.

Well I had to commit for my scholarship, I had like a limited amount of time to respond. Plus my choice was Georgetown or Fordham, and therefore no choice at all. Good luck with your decision!

22 here!! Graduating from undergrad in 2 weeks!!!! I'm so excited.

And yes, I hate the Redskins too. My Bucs are playing the Skins in Washington, and I definitely want to go to the game.

Oh, guys! 30 is nothing to about! When I was 18 all my friends were 25/26. Now all my friends are 35. If it makes you feel better, I live like a 45 year old with two kids. That is, drunk by 7, in bed by 11.

Does anyone else who is applying for Gewirz think that "Do you drink alcohol when you socialize?" (from the housing application) is a poorly worded question? The answer choices are "never", "rarely", "sometimes", "most of the time", and "all the time". "Socialize" just seems way too broad to be useful. I don't need to have a drink to go to the movies or stay in with friends, but needless to say it's a different situation when I'm going out to a bar or club...

Maybe they mean "Will you be drinking at Gewirz?". And if someone puts "never" they won't pair them with someone who says "All the time."

My information showed up a day or two after they requested Federal Tax Returns. I had completed everything else weeks before that time. Oh and also my financial aid information showed up before they reported receiving my tax return information, so I guess it is just to check if I'm lying or not and not to help them decide how much I should get.

Does anyone know anything about budget increase requests? I'm gonna take mine to the max! (GO GO Gadget LRAP)

yeah, it seems final requests for tax returns are for confirmation, not for evaluation. Got my official fin aid letter today, feels so good! Also in the mail: rejection from NYU. It's official. GEORGETOWN! see you guys in the fall.

I went complete on April 1 (both tax returns in). I just called them today and they said my info was with a counselor. They promised I'd hear by the end of the week. I had my NeedAccess, Fafsa and etc filled out by the first week in March.

Really hoping for some money.
