Hey do you guys mind me compiling a classmate section list?
Oh and also, how do you all feel about another meetup before orientation? Seeing as a lot more people might be in town now.

I'd love to do another meetup! And, of course, I can't speak for everyone, but I would be happy to have a classmate section list. Thanks, Sakura!

Both sound great. I'd love to do another meet-up.

Ok, here we go:
Section 1- BenJ, Sakura3210, sikwitt
2 - mockstar, forza, straxen, ravens20
3-
4- clintonius, castellon
5- neimanmarxist, lsathalon, hopefullaw27, BaiAilian2013, Stanford4Me, WrappedUpInBooks, nyubound
Hmm, nothing in section 3? And section 5 seems to love TLS

For the meet-up: were any of the places people met before particularly good?

Just had my picture taken for my student id. It's randomly very close-up on my face, not showing any of my carefully chosen outfit and highlighting my shininess. Perfect.

Are they on TLS? Otherwise I'll just put "castellon's roommate", since I'm avoiding real names

Any of you who have Adler for Ks, I believe he is using Barnett's casebook, which I am selling (totally unmarked, like new). I think the other casebooks I have are already claimed. Message me before it goes!

Already bought my casebook, but what did you think of Adler? He got the most mixed reviews of my professors on the course evaluations. Were his class and (more importantly) exam as economics-focused as the reviewers made them out to be?

how do lawyering sections work? everyone in your lawyering section should also be in your overall section as well, right?

Based on the limited sample of combos we have here, I'm guessing they did something like overall section one breaks down into lawyering sections 1-3, section two breaks into lawyering sections 4-6, etc.

Yes. The lawyering sections are further subdivisions of the larger section. I think each is divided into 3 or 4 lawyering sections.

Also, I fully support the idea of pre-orientation meet-ups. I was hoping we might be able to put together a big one Tuesday night before orientation, perhaps at a bar near NYU. Anyone interested?
