Hahaha... no. It's only about a week old. I just posted the latest (today's news) because there are some minor revelations re: "how this shit got started."
Apparently TLS is sick of hearing about it.

Hah! Glad to be of service. Me too... but I've run out of law gossip, and now I'm reduced to picking my way through The Lounge. After you told me to read the Howard/racist thread, I've been poking around. It's... different.

Isn't the curve section-by-section? I'd rather NOT have a section full of TLSers. We're the prepared ones.CyLaw wrote:Maybe we can petition to have our own section.

The curve is professor by professor, not section by section.vexion wrote:Isn't the curve section-by-section? I'd rather NOT have a section full of TLSers. We're the prepared ones.CyLaw wrote:Maybe we can petition to have our own section.

This money goes toward our tuition right?

Yes, they credit it ($650) towards the fall tuition bill- $50 goes to pay some sort of student activities fee.holybartender wrote:This money goes toward our tuition right?

Re: Cornell 2013
Now that we're on the subject of tuition, it has been rumored that our tuition rates are locked for the year that we enter, thus never rising. Is this rumor true or just plain wishful thinking?

Re: Cornell 2013
True at some schools. AFAIK, Cornell does not do that though. Tuition will raise each year according to my understanding, and based on the impression I got from the financial aid people.cicely101 wrote:Now that we're on the subject of tuition, it has been rumored that our tuition rates are locked for the year that we enter, thus never rising.
