Wow! I creep on that page every other day, but I can't bring myself to officially join until I send my deposit in. FB = srs bsns?

Very, it's not for the weak willed. There's not really a lot going on there actually. I just need to feel important by belonging to a group.

The Rose Bowl that I've been trying to block from memory and the Orange Bowl that made life seem worth it, respectively. *sigh* @ Ill-executed laterals.

Although it wasn't a huge jump, I will take it since my "matching offer" was 36k at Texas, haha.

It took exactly a week; I emailed last Monday. However, I let them know about the 4/15 UT deadline, and they honored my request to find out before then. They emailed me a PDF and said the letter is in the mail.

Amazing, great job. I doubt mine will be successful (sending out right now). Did you attack scans of your letters or just details of the awards?

I emailed the guy who I talked to while there (Mark). The response was from John D. Ahlers, apparently the director of FinAid

Thanks and congrats. Maybe I should have included my vandy offer details since that is my only 4/15 deadline. I mentioned two other offers and said I would be happy to provide scans upon request. Unfortunately I don't have a deadline until 4/30.

My Northwestern offer luckily came in the form of an email with a PDF attached so I just needed to send that PDF file as an attachment in my appeal request letter. Also called Bill Ahler, who sent me my revised scholarship email this morning, to ask him some questions and he had to be one of the friendliest people ever. Duke really has an absolutely outstanding office with super nice staff and administrators, not to mention the faculty being so warm at ASW as well. Very excited to attend. I'll be overnighting my deposit/scholarship contract acceptance today. Go Blue Devils!!!
