I wonder how long the school will let this continue. We may get to see the outer limits of what SMU will tolerate. And we know it will tolerate a lot when it comes to punctuality. The interns I met from other Texas schools looked at me like I was insane when I told them last week that we hadn't received our grades.

Wow....just wow. I can't really believe this is acceptable. The other person who is working my firm this summer (attends a Louisiana school) received his final grade almost 3 weeks ago now, and he finished finals after we did.

The curve is weird. I was playing around with a class rank calculator based on a normal distribution, and it gave significantly different rankings based on which data point I used. You look at the 50%, and it went down from last year, so I guess the curve is steeper? It's easier to make 50% but harder to make 10% or 25%.
