Everyone I know keeps telling me to take BC over BU (if and when I'm accepted to BU). I'm not too sure yet. I think it really is going to come down to scholarships and personal "feel".

Really? Because people have been telling me the exact opposite and I straight up have no idea, especially cause I can't attend BC's admitted student day because I'm going to be in Austin visiting UT. First strike against bc--they only have 1 admitted student day as if they are everybody's number one choice or something.

Well i've just been speaking with some attorneys I know in Boston and family. I'm not sure! This is going to be a hard decision.

You should definitely visit both schools, as they have different vibes. Also, congrats on being accepted!

Would it be fair to say that BC is a little younger, more collegial-feeling? Almost a bit frattier? Just my first impressions as somebody who has lived in Boston their whole lives

I guess so. But its not like BU is a lot older... average age is 24.

Anyone have recommendations on where to stay while visiting BC? I’d prefer something nice/clean, but not too expensive. We will rent a car so it doesn’t necessarily need to be within walking distance to the school. We’ve considered staying somewhere downtown so we can do some sightseeing also.

You may be YP, but it is very likely you are just another victim of the holistic approach of the jesuits my friend.

Think BC might have lost my app? 162/3.12(3.83) complete 12/2 and I haven't heard a peep. I was kind of expecting to be in the first wave of rejections.

How many of you have received several financial aid and scholarship emails from BC Law prior to receiving a decision?
