So, I guess the question now is books. What is everybody thinking about doing? Just going into the law school bookstore and biting the bullet with all new/expensive, or trying for amazon or whatever online source? I know most have recommended buying new casebooks so you can do your own underlining and margin notes and what not.

A while back people were saying that Mahoney's Contracts class wouldn't actually meet all 5 days of the week, as it says. Is that true?

Correct, since he's the Dean he might have things to do so I guess he sets the class schedule based on his schedule. You'll likely have 4 1 hour sessions per week.
