That includes Spring semester. On the bright side, it looks like you're going to have a good softball team. It's also subjective so just because I ranked them worst doesn't mean you won't like them.

You're in law school, you should know that once something is ranked - no matter how subjectively or arbitrarily - it will be taken as the word of God from that moment forth.

EDIT: Having thought about it, how did you already skim the sections and figure out who's going to have good softball teams? You are on top of things, sir!

So, I guess the question now is books. What is everybody thinking about doing? Just going into the law school bookstore and biting the bullet with all new/expensive, or trying for amazon or whatever online source? I know most have recommended buying new casebooks so you can do your own underlining and margin notes and what not.

I'm following on the YCre method of buying them now and returning them after the books I buy online arrive.

I may do this as well. What online source are you planning on using? Amazon?

Correct, since he's the Dean he might have things to do so I guess he sets the class schedule based on his schedule. You'll likely have 4 1 hour sessions per week.

Is Paul D Mitchell a new professor? I can't find any old outlines from him nor can I find anything about him on the website.

I'm in section A.

P.S. if any 2Ls out there had that professor and are still looking to unload books PM me.
